Join us for a beautiful evening honoring IPO’s 48th musical season. This magical night celebrates IPO’s achievements as Chicago Southland’s leading professional orchestra, highlighting our commitment to presenting outstanding live performances and transformative youth music educational programming.
The evening features:
• An amazing silent auction with online bidding
• An enchanting premiere of Spanish Dances by Enrique Granados, newly arranged for harp by Lisa Tannebaum and energetically performed by Tannebaum and the Grainger Academy of The Joffrey Ballet
• The presentation of the second annual IPO Music Educator of the Year Award to Stacy Williams-Jackson, Lincoln-Way Central High School’s Orchestra Director, Music Department Chair, and President of the Illinois Music Education Association (ILMEA)
• Cocktails, gourmet dinner, and dessert
• Post-dinner dancing
• Cocktail attire
